Well, it’s been an interesting weekend . . . Friday night was pledge night, and instead of going and getting trashed like the rest of my school I went with a couple of friends to a coffee shop and got really hyped up on espresso. How is this different from any other day, haha?

Today has been very blah . . . it snowed for the first time this season - let’s hope it holds out until Monday. I’ve got work to do, and I’d really like an extra day, especially since I spent all of today working on the computer and watching TV. Fun? Yes. Productive? No.

I updated my member’s area - I now offer everything in Outlook Express format as well as Incredimal. Yay!!! That’s something I’ve been wanting to do for a while, but I just learned how to do it recently. Also, I added Valentine’s Day letters for each day of the week. Check it out.

OK, so Quaker Oats Mini Caramel Rice Cakes are awesome!!! I thought they were going to be gross, cause I really don’t like rice cakes, but they are awesome! And they’re more filling than I thought they were, so that’s really awesome. I can’t wait to find more things like that that will work for me!

Food
Still working on getting better here. I thought that I had eaten the last of my “bad” food, but I had forgotten to look in my fridge, so while my lunch was a sandwich on wheat bread from Subway, my supper wasn’t as healthy - pasta and cheese sauce. But I tried to be moderate in my portions, so it wound up not being as many points as it probably would have been! I’m a little nervous about this weekend . . . we’ll see how it goes!

Today has gone MUCH better than yesterday!!! We went to the grocery store today and everything that I got was healthy - I was very proud of myself! I also got some exercise DVDs so that I can start working out here in my room - yoga, pilates, and a fun dance video! I’m really feeling like I can do this!

Food
Breakfast: Diet Coke (yeah, didn’t do so hot on that today)
Lunch: corndog and ketchup (it was the last one, and now all the bad food is gone)
Supper: Turkey and cheese panini on the George Foreman (it was sooooooo good, and only 6.5 points!)
Snacks: a cookie, a pasta sample at Costco, some goldfish

All in all a good day! Haven’t even used up all my points yet!!!

Well, today begins my new journey into the world of weightloss, LOL! That’s right, after being off of WeightWatchers for a year, today I went back on. I wasn’t too successful last time around (it’s ridiculously hard to eat well when you’re living in a dorm room and have really picky eating habits), but this time I feel much more dedicated! I was dating my ex last time around, and he loved me just the way that I was, which is the way it should be! But now that we’ve been broken up for a few months, I’m ready to get on with my life, and while he liked me with the extra pounds, I don’t think that’s what I want to do on my own. So here I go!

Food for the Day
Today hasn’t gone so well, but considering that I decided around 4am to go for this, I’m not prepared, LOL! The thing that killed me was my supper - leftover Chinese. It’s gone now, so that won’t be a problem again! I also really need to get some healthy snacks - trip to the grocery store for me tomorrow! I joined a couple of weightloss forums, so hopefully the accountability will help me stay on track!
