Healthy Living and Weight Loss Tips
I found this really interesting article over at 60 in 3. It’s a 10-part series called “10 steps to getting healthy and losing weight,” and I have found some of the information to be REALLY helpful. Some of it is stuff you’ve heard before, but the format that Gal sets it up in is very user friendly and makes you reevaluate some of the things you’ve already heard before.
