The L. A. Times recently asked a variety of people involved in the arts what they would do if they were in charge of the National Endowment for the Arts.  There were several interesting opinions, like: Noah Wyle Tim Robbins Kurt Andersen Jon Robin Baitz Sandra Tsing Loh Any thoughts?
