It’s been a long time since I posted a more personal post. My internship has kept me from very busy, and there are some good things brewing for me otherwise (more details later, but here’s a hint: I officially formed an LLC on August 5).
However, my main reason for not posting has been for a not so good reason – on September 15, our house was broken into, and we were cleaned out. They took pretty much everything that they could turn around quickly – TVs, video games, jewelry, etc. No one was home except the cats, and they were all unharmed. While our things were taken (some of which were irreplaceable), no one was hurt and I am SO THANKFUL for that.
It was a heartbreaking experience, and I’m still working on getting things together for the insurance claim (hoping to get that done with and mailed out this week). So . . . that’s been my life lately! How about you?
Oh honey I can’t even imagine how devastating that experience was – but am thankful that, as you said, no one was hurt. I love you & miss you & hope I get to come visit soon!!!!
