I believe in Christianity as I believe that the Sun has risen; not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else. ~ C.S. Lewis

OK, just had to post this since it’s holiday crunch time and people are short on cash (or they will be in January when those credit card bills come in)!

PayPerPost rocks. I just got $20 this week from some blog posts I recently, and all together I’ve made $72 from posting on PayPerPost. It’s ridiculous! I’m not even taking most of the opportunities!

There are tons of different opportunities about different topics. I pick opportunities that are about things that I would be posting about anyways - like NASCAR, and the hookah I bought in Istanbul.

If you haven’t at least looked into PayPerPost, at least give it a try. I know it’s not for everyone, but if you haven’t considered monetizing your blog in any way, this is a great thing to consider!

As a follow-up to the post about my new disclosure policy, I thought I’d let everyone know about how good PayPerPost has been to me. Now, keep in mind, I don’t post as often as most people do, but look at what I’ve gotten from them:

Have ALREADY been paid: $52
Pending payment: $20

It’s ridiculous. I get that money for advertising on my blog by word of mouth marketing, and you probably wouldn’t recognize the majority of my PayPerPost posts as such because they are topics that I would blog about anyways. I’ve got lovely money for things like hosting . . . and Christmas presents!!! And I don’t even have to compromise my opinions or blog . . . Why WOULDN’T you want to do this?!

Just wanted to direct your attention to the fact that I DO occasionally make posts and get paid for them (as if my posts about PayPerPost weren’t evidence enough about this fact).

However, as I’ve stated before, I only post about things that I feel like posting about anyways. And I never post an opinion that I don’t already have.

But just for those who are finicky, I now have a pretty disclosure policy that you can read HERE or you can get to anytime by clicking the button at the bottom of sidebar!

Everyday Health

I found this great new site about health (something that I try to stay up with). It’s called Everyday Health, and there are a ton of tools and articles! You can find recipes, discussion forums, support centers for 20 conditions. It’s really got a little bit of everything! And a nice, simple design.

I did the 3 minute health check that is shown on their front page. It actually takes longer than 3 minutes, LOL, but that’s OK, it wasn’t too bad. It was very comprehensive - I was impressed. There are a lot of great tips that I received in the results of the quiz, and I feel like the resources on the site will be helpful with helping me in the areas that I need work! All in all, I recommend this site :-).
